Making A Comeback

It's time to revive this blog. It's been too long since I've written about anything pertinent to programming - it's not that there hasn't been a lot happening, but life has been busy and my trajectory has been a little flat (which is to say, nonexistent). As far as work goes, I've just been churning, not really learning anything new and not getting the time to work on side projects.

But as of today I'm declaring that all over with. Lately I've been pulling my feet out of the cement and finally moving on some new side projects, and making a change in my professional life as soon as I can swing it.

So in the coming weeks you'll see a recap of my recent upgrade to Django 1.3 and my switch to Postgres, along with some cool things I've been doing with Python scripting. And I really need this blog to be a place for me to express myself in many more ways, so you'll probably see vegan cupcake recipes as well. Just kidding. Maybe.
